I've had a laundry sorter very similar to this one for about 4 years. Let me just say if it crapped out, I'd buy another to replace it asap. I store my sorter in my closet, but if I had too I'd store in my bedroom.
Notable Tip: laundry baskets should always be close to where you remove your clothing.
Laundry sorters make life easier:
1) They make it possible to sort your clothes as you use them, so on laundry day you don't have to waste time sorting first.
2) The lid is an ironing board. The lid doubles as a workstation as well. I can't tell you the number of times I've used it to fold clothes on or a bazillion other things.
3) It has wheels, so no more heavy lifting, just roll that laundry to your laundry room!
My current laundry sorter that I have in my closet, is no longer is available. This sorter is the one I'd buy if I had to replace my current one because it has all the features that I want. It ranked very high with customers who own it and it's Amazon's Choice as well.
