Tall laundry baskets take up less space horizontally. When purchasing any organizational product think about utilizing all the vertical space that is allowed, doing so frees up horizontal space. Having more horizontal space creates a minimalistic environment as long as you don't move more items into the space.
A minimalistic space provides peace. All your items have a presence. The more things you have the more presence there is and before long your things can have such a presence they rule the space, instead of you ruling it.
